L-31 · Two-person folding fishing boat

Your fishing boat. Packed for the car.

A rigid, inflation-free boat for two people on calm freshwater. The hull folds down, the frame packs separately, and the hard birch deck gives you a firm platform for lure fishing. Two stabiliser floats are supplied as standard.

Made for days on the water

Less to carry together. More room to fish.

The hull, frame and deck pack separately, so you can distribute the load and use the available space in your car. Set up by the water, fit the stabiliser floats, and enjoy a calm lake or slow freshwater river.

  • 01

    No pumping

A composite panel hull holds its shape without inflated air chambers.

  • 02

    Separate transport pieces

Move and stow the hull, frame and deck separately rather than lifting the assembled boat.

  • 03

    Firm fishing deck

A triple-fold birch plywood deck has an anti-slip surface. Use the floats and follow the manual when standing.

  • 04

    Fishing accessories

The frame provides mounting points for compatible seats, rod holders and a shade canopy. Confirm the included accessories before ordering.

Construction

Four-layer hull. Reinforced frame.

The hull combines outer PVC tarpaulin, a waterproof adhesive layer, a fibre-reinforced polypropylene core and inner PVC tarpaulin. Reinforced 6-layer / 9-layer PVC fold creases are joined using high-frequency heat sealing.

The frame uses three longitudinal and four transverse members, made from aluminium alloy and fibre-reinforced nylon. Nuts fasten it through the hull’s pre-drilled holes; colour-coded markers and retained nuts help with assembly.

  • Marine-grade birch deck

The anti-slip deck folds into three sections and weighs approximately 13.5 kg. Packed dimensions are about 90 × 60 × 9 cm.

  • Simple patch maintenance

There is no pressurised air chamber to seal. Follow the supplied repair instructions and inspect any damage before returning to the water.

Motor options

Bow or stern mounting

The handbook describes electric or petrol propulsion, with the power unit weighing no more than 20 kg. Rear mounting is vertical; front mounting is horizontal. This weight limit is not a horsepower rating. Confirm the suitable motor and mounting arrangement before buying.

  • Rear power unit mounts vertically
  • Electric or petrol propulsion equipment: maximum unit weight 20 kg

Transport & storage

The hull folds. The frame has its own bag.

The folded hull is approximately 100 × 60 × 32 cm. The frame bag is approximately 120 × 25 × 25 cm, with around 115 cm occupied length. The deck is a separate piece: measure your car’s opening and cargo area for all three before ordering.

Separate parts for transport

  • Two floats: approximately 6 kg combined
  • Frame bag: approximately 6 kg
  • Two seat boards: approximately 5.5 kg combined
  • Hull: approximately 23 kg
  • Deck: approximately 13 kg in the component diagram

Weights are approximate. The deck specification elsewhere in the handbook states about 13.5 kg; confirm the final package weight before ordering.

Transport wheels are listed in the basic accessory set; confirm the final package.

Suitable water

Calm freshwater, close to shore.

The handbook lists freshwater lakes, reservoirs, calm inland freshwater rivers and still water. Do not use in rapids or exposed water with strong winds and rough waves.

Fit the two standard stabiliser floats to the sides of the rear seat panel as instructed. They improve stability; they do not make the boat capsize-proof. Wear a lifejacket and follow the supplied operating manual.

Dedicated stabiliser floats
Dedicated stabiliser floats
  • EVA float material
  • Two floats supplied as standard
  • Mount on both sides of the rear seat panel

Floats improve stability; they do not eliminate the risk of capsizing.

Before you choose your boat

How long does setup take?
Supplier filmed tests report 5–6 minutes to assemble and 2–3 minutes to fold down with proficient operation. Your first setup will take longer. Follow the assembly sequence and check every fastening before launching.
Can I stand to cast?
The boat has a hard, anti-slip birch plywood deck. The two standard floats improve stability and the standing experience. Fit them as instructed, distribute weight evenly and only stand when conditions and your balance permit.
What is the load limit?
The L-31 two-person model has a stated usable load of 280 kg. Plan for the combined weight of people, gear and propulsion equipment. The handbook’s 600 kg theoretical figure is not a usable load limit.
What comes with the boat?
The handbook lists hull, frame, deck, paddle and transport wheels in the basic accessory set, and two standard stabiliser floats. Seat type, rod holders, canopy and motor must be confirmed for the final retail package; photographs do not guarantee inclusion.
Will it fit in my car?
Allow space for the folded hull (100 × 60 × 32 cm), frame bag (120 × 25 × 25 cm) and folded deck (90 × 60 × 9 cm). These are approximate measurements. Check the boot opening as well as the interior space.
Where can I use it?
Use in calm freshwater: lakes, reservoirs, slow inland rivers and still water. Avoid rapids, exposed open water, strong winds and rough waves. Follow the operating manual and local boating rules.
